Why Give to UUSC?
UUSC advances human rights and social justice alongside marginalized communities. Our work is grounded in the belief that all people have inherent power and dignity.
A gift plan can provide you substantial tax benefits, especially when you give stock or real estate. Depending on your situation, you may save income taxes, capital gains taxes, probate expenses, and estate taxes.
Unitarian Universalist Service Committee is grateful for the support provided by donors who have made planned gifts to our Institution. Through their generosity, these individuals have demonstrated their commitment to the future of UUSC through gifts that have created meaningful legacies. Here are some of their stories.
The WNOV Campaign is a joint effort of six UU partner institutions. A $5 million grant from the UU Congregation at Shelter Rock provides a 10 percent cash match of up to $10,000 for new planned gift intentions to partners and congregations. The earliest the matching funds are expected is in the Summer of 2019.
